City Scapes

While exploring the streets of San Francisco, I was able to look at things that I see everyday in a different way. When you see a window, you think 'Oh, a window' or you don't think anything at all. In this assignment, I was able to look at the window, and think 'Wow, that window is a really interesting shaped square, and it would look really cool if there were two or three of those squares in the picture.' This assignment was really able to have us look at the different shapes, angles, and size of everyday things.

  1. These images portray the notion of self expression and I like the way you captured the different shapes and angles of the different apartment buildings. I also like the way you way you provided your images with change in contrast and I believe that all these images are successful.

  2. I really liked all of your photos and how you captured each shape. The one of the washing machines is really well done and I like how you edited it.

  4. I think you did a great job on this assignment. I also really like the picture of the 6 windows on the brick building. I like how you edited it with a sepia/antique look. It really makes the bricks pop out.

  5. I like all the shots together, to me it seemed almost like an "old school" theme.
